A white-label, multi-tenant platform for door-to-door field sales — territory assignment, lead tracking and live agent tracking, on web and mobile.
Context
A field-sales operation running fiber rollouts needed to move off spreadsheets and radios.
The problem
Managing territories, agents and leads across a growing field team with no real-time visibility and no way to onboard new client organisations without a redeploy.
What we built
A tenant-aware platform with custom domains, per-client branding and feature flags. React + TypeScript web app with OpenLayers and Leaflet for clustering, territory visualisation and polygon editing; a React Native app with RNMapbox mirroring the geospatial features. .NET Core + Entity Framework backend with subdomain/header tenant resolution and strict data isolation; SignalR for real-time field-agent tracking.
Outcome
New client organisations onboarded through configuration, not code. Real-time visibility of every agent in the field.
